How do people get so many myspace friends?

I've tried to add people as friends, but a lot of them do not reply how does everyone get so many any suggestions. I was just curious.I've sent them messages an added them but no one seems to answer back only a few.

you have to message a lot of people first. or add you friends friends

You just keep going to other people myspace sites and adding people that you want to be your friend! It's nothing to it but to do it!

If you're just trying to add "friends" to have big numbers, then musicians and MySpace tv show & movie sites will respond to your friend requests. If you are trying to add people you don't know you, that's tougher. You might try sending a message along with your friend request to explain who you are.
