How can I create a professional business myspace page for a friend?

I want to create it from scratch using basic HTML. The page isn't going to have any transactions are anything but just as mere advertisement. Can anyone give me advice? Also, how can I design it using flash as well?

if I'm understanding your question correctly, you simply create a myspace page, giving it a business look. I suggest a very professional or plane layout, with pictures of the person working, studying, or simply posing a very professional and respectful manner.
