not alwaysthe persun that u are trying to add set it up that waysend the person a msg and tell them to add u or tell them 2 turn off the setting that asks 4 email or last name

it's happen because the person you try to send the request to has set his or her myspace to ask for it. and yes myspace could have some error but if it's your 3rd account already then i don't think it's your account problem. why don't you just ask for a last name or email to add that person

because the person put extra security. so if its a person they don't know then it won't be a friend
