The whole account was deleted? If it's gone, your friends list is gone too.If the account still exists, you can find your old account and view its profile, then look at the friends list.

I don't how long it has been since you deleted your account. If it recently go into your history and pull up the pages that way; UNLESS your friends are private then it wouldn't work anyway.Also you can still do a search or browse even though you have no account. You already know their screen names.
