go to someones profile and click the add button SiMple

You must visit the person that you want to add on their page. Once on their page, a box under their picture will say something like: Message Add Add to Group....etc...Click on add, and wait for them to accept you. If it is not approved, it is because the person you want to add, does not want you as a friend.
