Myspace question, how do I hide some of my profile boxes?

I want a profile that when your my friend, and you go to my profile you dont see " send message, add as friend, instant message, add to group," i just want to have a link of my about me with "send me a message"can someone tell me how to get rid of the contacting box on your profile when your already someones friend?thanksAlso, i dont want my top friends list to be on there either
