Using Copyrighted Pics for Myspace Layout Site?

Hi, I want to create myspace layouts using a bunch of celebrities pictures like Carmen Electra and Tyra Banks. I want to make a website that offers these layouts and hopefully make money with the advertising on the website. Will I get in trouble for using pictures that I find on the internet? Even if they are copyrighted? I know nothing about copyrights so I don't know. Any help will be nice!

You won't get in trouble as long as you don't make claim to the photos. Make sure you leave on any logo that represents the person on the photos.

You cannot distribute copyrighted material. Ever. You definitely cannot profit from copyrighted material (which you do not own the rights to) ever.So to answer your question, no you cannot use those images.

Good for you for asking - that was th right first step.Yes, you may not use others property to make money.If there is a big enough business there (and there may well be) then you are always free to approach the agents for the celebs and propose a partnership.
