i know that there are some websites where you can create your own but you cant get too creative with those and some people do so good on layouts. how do you make a cute fancy one?

If you know how, you can just get one of those layouts and mes with the html code. If you don't know what something is you shouldn't mess with it though. and if you want to know what it is........google it. Or ask me. I don't know EVERYTHING but I think i've got the basics.
