how to add an icon to your layout myspace page?

when you make a myspace layout site, you give layouts to other people and icons and cmt boxes and stuff like that right ? well on some peoples myspace layout sites, they have this little icon in the top left of the screen that says their name like for example it says bebop lyts in the top left corner. how do i make these ??
