To change the background, go to www.pimp-my-profile.com, to change the layout, go to:~edit profile~at the top right hand corner, it should say edit profile or something, click itThat should work.

you have to go to myspacelayouts.com or pimp-my page.net. and just find a layout that u like and copy the code, and got to edit profile, and paste it in the about me section
