How do I use a youtube video as the myspace background? also how to resize

it to fit..... HELP!? I want the video to replace the standard myspace background. the friends list, comments, and everything else would be on the top of the vide. in essence creating a streaming myspace background with sound..... if you can do this or have the answer then you are a myspace GOD!
