How can I upload songs to my Myspace Music Page I without getting them deteled by...

...Tom? Umm I got a music page because i can never find the music i Like. so I tried uploading the first song and it got blocked for some Copyright thing or another..yet other people have like the most current popular songs on their music pages without being blocked.. does anybody know how they do that?
