myspace music help?

well i have a myspace music page right..and i wanna put sum songs..duh..well i have window media players, itunes, and bearshare..ikno you have to go to my documents and go to my music..well thats how i do it..and i was sort of wondering how do i put music that aint on my documents from itunes to there? heres ma page..its really confusing and i need sum helpso..help me pliz thanksalicia6930408@yahoo.com
