Myspace Image???

ok, u know how if u have ur myspace set to private and someone tries to look at ur page, but instead it says "this profile is set to private blah blah blah." But sometimes tht persons background image for their profile appears on the "this profile is private page." Is this a glitch? or is it like a tweak? if a tweak, how do i do it?

i think it might just be the way myspace is, now. if it's set to private, you can still see part of their background.

i think its just a glitch becuase i've wondered that too, its probably just from where they got their layout.
