how to insert pictures/video into myspace columns?

I have seen countless Myspace pages with tons of pictures and multiple videos. How do they do that? Also, some people put a picture beside their avatar when leaving a comment. How?

upload photos to photobucket.com-you will have to set up an account which takes 2 secs. then you can get the code to paste into your profile. you can also add a slide show. go to someone's profile and find the link to one. lots of fun! and to get a pic in comments is the same thing. you just need the code to put into that section. if you see a pic you like online just right click and hit "save as" and put it into your photos. then you can upload into photobucket. also many sites have comments and pics you can use for myspace.
