That's a great question, today the CNN news had a segment on it about that very thing. Apparently even myspace cannot fully block obscene photos or photos that are in ill taste because there is no legal standard with exception to "knowingly publishing" a photo of an underage or minor child that is nude or in the female example, "semi nude" and even then, there is no standard for when a child becomes a defined juvenile and can be shown "in the buff" as per a young baby without a diaper.......Odd huh?.....so I think that "myspace" basically tries it's best to stress "good taste" as opposed to what is legal. It ios an American entity afterall and should follow American laws or in this case,.....perhaps?....the lack thereof.
