Can you use pictures from photobucket for myspace profile legally?

I was wondering if it is prefectly legal to create myspace profiles and use picture off of photobucket and just edit the pictures to my liking. These would be avalible on my website.The website that I have some profile layouts on is http://juanpab2.quotaless.com , these profile do not have any photos taken from any where else.

My rule for myu website class is "If they aren't copyrighted, they are up for grabs".So look for any sort of disclaimer specific to the images on Photobucket.

I would just ask the person who has the picture... or just put that person's screen name on the thing, next to copyright or whatever.
