No, because it is in poor taste if your with someone now or if you expect to be with someone different in the future. Why would you want to??? Let go and move on.

It would all depend on if you were in a relationship right now or not and if you got along with the ex I guess. But If you had a relationship going, it would be a BAD idea to have your ex on there for the simple fact that you need to work on the future and not the past or you will never be able to move on. You keep looking back, and you'll fall on your face stepping forward!
