How to put the text on the right side of your picture on your about me section...

...on myspace? Okay alot of people gave me this code but i dont know what the image url is and i dont know where to put the text for my about me to the right of my picture...Can sumone please help me?What's the image url and do i put it where it says "URL"?And where do i put my text part at for about me?
