Um, I think I know what you're talking about. Go to: http://www.tinypic.comClick browse, go to your pictures file, choose a picture you want to put on your page, then click "upload". Click the "HTML for websites" code and it's automatically copied. Then, paste that code anywhere on your profile. It should work if you followed my instructions!
