You can explain what happened to him, and then *let him be mad* I'm sure you would too. But him being mad at you, believe it or not would be an improvement over him being in hysterical tears. Tell him the truth and let him decide what to do. He feels like you betrayed his trust, you need to find out from HIM what to do to earn it back, because he's the only one who can. But telling the truth and asking to be forgiven would be a start.

delete your myspace account and say you won't create another one because he's the only person you care to talk to.

That can happen to anybody at anytime. Especially over the internet people can make mistakes like that. I know you love him but give him sometime to think it through. Even though you did it by mistake you still flirted with him and that probably made your bf jealous.
